If something breaks, please report to the Community Management Services (CMS)


By email:

    • Contact CMS’s Customer Service at cs@communitymanagement.com

    • State that this is for “Cypress Point HOA”.

    • Give the address (or location marker) where the issue is

    • State the nature of the issue. Give details.


By phone (also for emergencies):

    • Call 408-559-1977 (24 hrs/day, 7 days/week)

    • If calling after normal business hours, leave a message:

      • Say this is for “Cypress Point HOA”.

      • Give a call back number

      • Give the address (or location marker) where the issue is

      • State the nature of the issue. Give details.

    • The on-call manager will receive the message and respond.
